IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL USERS: YOU SHOULD READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. THIS SETS OUT THE CONDITIONS WHICH GOVERN THE ORDERING OF PRODUCTS FOR SALE ON THIS SITE. ORDERING VIA THIS WEBSITE CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS.

Placing An Order

You may place your order using either a direct email, a contact form or by telephone.

As many of our products are high value, specialist items we may need to speak to you regarding your order and in some cases may need to arrange installation and set-up as specified by the product manufacturer.

All orders will be confirmed either via email or telephone and payment methods and terms will be arranged at this time. We accept payment via cash (upon collection), personal cheque, bank transfer and debit/credit cards.

Shipping & Delivery

With our Next day delivery service you can now choose which day you want your order to arrive for with no extra cost (Mon - Fri only). This is dependant on the items being in stock.

Delivery restrictions

When you place an order, we will inform you which delivery services are available.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. This also applies to products sent direct from our distributors and/or manufacturers. We cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

If next day delivery is available, we we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. This also applies to products sent direct from our distributors and/or manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some off-shore islands and remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some or all of these services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order. All items are subject to stock availability.

If we cannot supply goods within our specified time-scale we will continue to deliver and inform you of any delay. In requesting delivery of a product, you will be agreeing that the delivery company has the right to go onto the property and, if no-one is available to receive delivery, to leave the goods in any unlocked location at the delivery address. They will endeavour to ensure that any such location is dry and out of general site.

Returns

Damaged Items:
Except where an item was damaged/faulty when delivered, we will not give a refund. If an item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition and there is no genuine manufacturing or inherent fault, we will levy an appropriate charge.

Faulty Items:
If you discover that an item has a genuine manufacturing or inherent fault, we will arrange to repair or replace it within the limits of the original manufacturer's guarantee terms and conditions - simply call us with the details on 020 8363 6776.

Your statutory rights:
Where an item has a fault that was present when it was delivered, you have the right to reject it provided you do so reasonably quickly and, in any event, you have the right to a repair or replacement (or a full or partial refund where repair or replacement is not available). These rights do not apply in respect of fair wear and tear, misuse, and accidental damage or where you decide you no longer want the item.

However, in respect of most items, the law gives you 7 working days to change your mind and cancel the order. There are some exceptions, including:

Goods made to your personal specifications.
Goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly.
Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which you have opened.

If you decide to cancel, you need to inform us in writing before or within 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. You must take care of the goods and either return them to us of make them available to be collected*. You have to pay for the cost of returning goods. However, we will offset this against the refund of any original delivery charges. If you have paid for the goods by a credit agreement relating only to those goods, this will automatically be cancelled. For further information, contact your Local Trading Standard Department of the Office of Fair Trading.

*Whilst we make every effort to collect your returns on the day specified, we cannot guarantee collection on that day, or accept liability for collections made outside of this time-scale.
